Your apartment is accessed via your own front door and has a spacious living/dining room with direct access to the gardens and large terrace. Open, beautifully designed and well equipped kitchen with dishwasher. There are three large bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 twin) equipped with satellite TV and three large bathrooms, 2 of which are en-suite. All rooms have large windows with lake views. Villetta Bruna has been lovingly decorated with a mixture of contemporary and antique furniture.
This spacious and bright ground floor apartment (175 sqm) faces the lake and provides generous accommodation for six people, with private bedrooms and bathrooms. Direct access to the gardens and a large terrace for shady lunches and romantic dinners with the lights of the lake sparkling in the foreground. The gardens are well tended with lawns and flowers as well as trees. There is a natural forest just next to the property which provides short walks. Central internet access point for those who want to keep in touch with home or business.
The swimming pool, also with lake view, is situated 100 meters from the villa and has a lounging area with sun beds and parasols.
Please note: A very friendly dog (German Shepherd), let's call him "Sparky", comes with the property.

2009 Weekly Rate Per Seasons
Low Season (all other weeks): 2280 € / WEEK
Mid Season (April 11 - 18, May 2 - June 27, August 29 - October 3, December 19 - January 9): 2760 € / WEEK
High Season (June 27 - August 29): 3025 € / WEEK
Additional costs to consider: Security deposit 1000 €, final cleaning included, gas (heat) additional. Baby's bed 100 €, no extra bed and pets not allowed. Telephone local calls only. Internet dial up cost additional. Pool open May 10 - Sept 27. Bath linens changed twice a week, bed linens once a week. Pool towels not included. No children younger than 11 years of age. Late arrivals between 7 and 9 pm possible with 50 € paid locally. For safety reasons the owner does not accept small children from 1 to 11 year olds, and we think that the dog could be a problem for any people with walking difficulties.

a) You can only make local calls as well as any necessary emergency calls with these telephones; telephone costs for incoming and local outgoing calls are included in the rent.
b) You can receive long-distance or international calls but you cannot make any yourself.
c) If you want to connect your computer to the Internet, it is possible to go online with a User ID and password given to you by the house owner at your request.
*Reservations are always Saturday to Saturday, except for the lowest season when it is flexible. Rates are current and based on when the majority of the week is within the price range stated above. All of our rentals include linens and towels. One set per reservation unless otherwise stated. Request for change/cleaning may incur a charge.
