Villa Blu Located Near Beligirate on Lake Maggiore, Piemonte, Italy is gorgeous. Villa Blu is stylish, elegantly furnished and located between Arona and Stresa. A perfect location for touring and from your hill setting, good views as well. Surrounded by a beautiful private park of approximately 8000 sqm, the villa is justÊa five minutes walk from the lakeside village of Belgirate allowing guests the convenience of restaurants, post office, and local shopping. Please note that as the great part of the villas close to the lake, Luna Blu is 200 meters from the lake statal road, and train tracks are located 200 meters behind the villa. For this reason it could be a little noisy. The total surface of the house is 700 sqm and can accommodate a maximum of 12 people.

The villa is on three levels....
At the garden level: there are six lovely bedrooms, one with king size bed and ensuite bathroom (tub), three with a queen size bed, one with twin beds and one single bedroom. Each bedroom has AC. Each is charmingly decorated. There are three more bathrooms on this same floor: one has a bathtub, one has a shower and the last one has both shower and bathtub.
On the first floor: of three living-rooms with magnificent view of the garden, a forma dining-room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a guest bathroom. The salon has glass doors opening onto a 20m2 delightful terrace/patio equipped for outdoor lunches and dinners, with view over the lake.
On the top floor: there is a study giving access to a terrace (furnished with sofa and armchairs) with a panoramic view, large master bedroom with frescoed ceiling, 3 ensuite bathrooms (1 with basin and tub, one with toilette, one with basin and marble shower) kitchenette corner.
Luna Blu is very well appointed and tastefully decorated with comfortable sofas and armchairs, beautiful paintings, and ancient family furnishing. There is AC in the bedrooms only.

Additional costs to consider:
Security deposit 2500 € (plus 500 € utility deposit per week), final cleaning included.
Maid service and Cook service (max tot 9 hrs x day) Friday to Wednesday from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm and from 4:30 pm to 9:30 pm, 500 Euro to be paid in advance to the cook for the shopping.
Dinner is from 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm. On Thursday the service will be provided only in the morning from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm.
Continental breakfast daily 8:30 - 11:00 daily. When lunch (in addition to dinner) is requested additional charge is required for additional personnel.
Change of bed linens on Wed/Sat and bath towels Mon/Wed/Sat. Additional change will be charged (20 Euro per double bed and 15 Euro for a set of bath towels).

In a surrounding of extraordinary beauty Lake Maggiore offers to its visitors spectacular gardens boasting exceptional collections of camellias, azaleas and rhododendrons, historic villas and castles, sacred routes, medieval churches. An impressive number of parks are located here such as the Parco Nazionale della Val Grande (the largest wilderness area in Italy). The mountains, beyond the lake are wonderful, and each little village with its painted houses seems a terrace on the water.
In the center of the lake float the three enchanted Borromeo Islands. The Isola Madre and Isola Bella, where are the Borromeo palaces and gardens and the charming Isola dei Pescatori (fishermen island). In front of Stresa stands, just above the water, on a rocky cliff the Eremo di Santa Caterina.
Many sports activities can be practiced in Lake Maggiore such as sailing, water skiing, canoeing, golfing (7 golf courses in the area), trekking horse riding.
How to reach Lake Maggiore
By plane: Malpensa airport 20 to 45 minutes
By train: The international line links to Milan, to Genoa,
Zurich and Basel with Cisalpino, Milan to Paris with Stendhal.
By road, motorway A26 and A8 links the lake to Genova and Milano and the Simplon.
