There is a 30 € booking fee.

Additional costs to consider: Security deposit 1000 € (plus 500 € utility deposit per week), final cleaning 170 €, change of linens on Sat included. Heat is additional at 80 € per day. Baby's bed 100 €, no extra bed and pets allowed. Telephone local calls only. Internet dial up cost additional. No more than 3 children allowed. Late arrivals between 7 and 9 pm possible with 50 € paid locally. Porter service and basic house stocking is extra and must request in advance.

*Reservations are always Saturday to Saturday, except for the lowest season when it is flexible. Rates are current and based on when the majority of the week is within the price range stated above. All of our rentals include linens and towels. One set per reservation unless otherwise stated. Request for change/cleaning may incur a charge.
