Additional costs to consider: Security deposit 1000 € and 500 € for each mansard when occupied (plus 200 € utility deposit per week / 100 € for each mansard), final cleaning 80 € (and 400€ if all houses are rented together), 2 hours maid service Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday and change of linens on Sat included, gas (heat) metered at 5 € per unit measure although price may increase during the year. Baby's bed 100 €, no extra bed and pets allowed. Telephone metered. Internet dsl 40 € additional PC and printer included. Pool open May 28 - Sept 22. Tennis court: 15€ per hour during the day; 20€ per hour during the evening - please specify when booking. Pool towels available. Small pets are OK. Late arrivals between 7 and 9 pm possible with 50 € paid locally. Extra services (baby sitting, advance grocery, cooking lesson, cook, maid) 15 €.
*Reservations are always Saturday to Saturday, except for the lowest season when it is flexible. Rates are current and based on when the majority of the week is within the price range stated above. All of our rentals include linens and towels. One set per reservation unless otherwise stated. Request for change/cleaning may incur a charge.
