Additional costs payable on the spot: Security deposit: 500€ cash only. Cleaning 4 hours/day 5 days a week included. AC in the bedrooms only included. Gas: included, Electricity: included. Heat is additional at 7€ per hour (!). Telephone: payable by meter upon usage, Maid: 10€ / hour when extra, Chef: 16€ / hour and additional 10€ / hour for large parties. Other: no pets. Crib, Jacuzzi.
*Reservations are always Saturday to Saturday, except for the lowest season when it is flexible. Rates are current and based on when the majority of the week is within the price range stated above. All of our rentals include linens and towels. One set per reservation unless otherwise stated. Request for change/cleaning may incur a charge.
