There is a 30 € booking fee.
Additional costs to consider: Security deposit 1500 € (plus 200 € utility deposit per week). Included: final cleaning, 3 hours maid service Wed/Sat for longer rentals and change of bath and bed linens on Wed/Sat. INternet WiFi. Not Included: gas (heat) additional and available only October 2 - May 1. No AC but there are portable fans. Baby's bed 100 €. No pets allowed. Telephone local calls only. Has WiFi at no additional cost. Pool open May 5 - Sept 29. Pool towels included. Late arrivals between 7 and 9 pm possible with 50 € paid locally. Basic stocking for arrival included.
An extra double bedroom (for 1 or 2 persons ) is available on the top floor only on request at 360 Euros per week to be paid upon arrival.
Arrive & Relax Package provided
The "Arrive & Relax" allows you to arrive to your rental, drop your bags, and simply relax. There is no need to go searching for a grocery store or to worry about arranging your dinner. You can deal with the smaller details after a good night sleep!
Arrive and Relax includes:
A Prepared Delivered Dinner - a "brought-in" dinner that is left to be re-heated byNo changes are possible for the first night dinner. Basically it consists in a Pasta al forno, a vegetable tarte, salad, and fruit salad. Bread, water and wine are included. the client. No service is provided. The menu can fit vegetarian guests too.
Basic Grocery Shopping - Milk, coffee, tea, bread, biscuits, sugar, salt, water, fruit, eggs, oil, butter, jam, orange juice, cereals. No additional items are purchased prior to your arrival.
*Reservations are always Saturday to Saturday, except for the lowest season when it is flexible. Rates are current and based on when the majority of the week is within the price range stated above. All of our rentals include linens and towels. One set per reservation unless otherwise stated. Request for change/cleaning may incur a charge.
