There is a 30 € booking fee.

Mid Season Per Day - Minimum 4 day rental on owner approval (April 7 - 14, April 28 - June 30, September 1 - October 6, December 22 - January 5): 380 € / Day

Additional costs to consider: Security deposit 1000 € (plus 250 € utility deposit per week), final cleaning 200 €, 2 hours maid service Mon, Wed and Sat. Change of towels and bed linens once a week. Pool towels included. Heat additional at 50 € per day in mid-season and 50 € per day low-season. Baby's bed 100 €, no extra bed and pets allowed at 60 € per week. Telephone local calls only. Internet dial up cost additional. Pool open May 5 - Sept 29. Mooring for your boat is 200 € paid locally and requires owner approval before arrival. Trailers have to be parked outside the property. Late arrivals between 7 and 9 pm possible with 50 € paid locally. Cook and extra maid service possible at 11 € in advance.

*Reservations are always Saturday to Saturday, except for the lowest season when it is flexible. Rates are current and based on when the majority of the week is within the price range stated above. All of our rentals include linens and towels. One set per reservation unless otherwise stated. Request for change/cleaning may incur a charge.
