Low Season (All other weeks): 2800 € / WEEK
Mid Season (March 3 - April 28, September 29 - Christmas week): 3570 € / WEEK
Medium High Season (April 28 - June 30, August 25 - September 29, Christmas week - New Years Week) 1, December 18 - January 2): 4374 € / WEEK
High Season (June 30 - August 25) 1, December 18 - January 2): 5239 € / WEEK
2012 Weekly Rate Per Seasons For 4+2 - The Villa Only is Possible With Owner Consent.
Additional costs to consider: Security deposit 1000 € on arrival, Final cleaning 280 € paid via wire with balance payment, change of linens and towels Wednesday and Saturday, warter, electricity and cooking gas included.
*Reservations are always Saturday to Saturday, except for the lowest season when it is flexible. Rates are current and based on when the majority of the week is within the price range stated above. All of our rentals include linens and towels. One set per reservation unless otherwise stated. Request for change/cleaning may incur a charge.
