Arrive & Relax Package provided

The "Arrive & Relax" allows you to arrive to your rental, drop your bags, and simply relax. There is no need to go searching for a grocery store or to worry about arranging your dinner. You can deal with the smaller details after a good night sleep!

Arrive and Relax includes:
A Prepared Delivered Dinner - a "brought-in" dinner that is left to be re-heated byNo changes are possible for the first night dinner. Basically it consists in a Pasta al forno, a vegetable tarte, salad, and fruit salad. Bread, water and wine are included. the client. No service is provided. The menu can fit vegetarian guests too.
Basic Grocery Shopping - Milk, coffee, tea, bread, biscuits, sugar, salt, water, fruit, eggs, oil, butter, jam, orange juice, cereals. No additional items are purchased prior to your arrival.

Additional costs to consider: Security deposit 1500 €. 2 hours maid service Mon-Sat, electricity, water, AC, ADSL and heat. Final cleaning 200 € on arrival and utilities metered and additional with a credit of 50 € provided at beginning of stay. Change of bath towels on Wed/Sat and linens on Saturday included. Baby's bed 100 €. Sorry, pets not allowed. Telephone and VOIP metered. Pool open May 5 - September 29. Pool towels included. No children between 1 - 7 years. No smoking. POOL IS NOT GATED. If you have walking troubles, this is not the place for you. Late arrivals between 7 and 9 pm possible with 50 € paid locally.

*Reservations are always Saturday to Saturday, except for the lowest season when it is flexible. Rates are current and based on when the majority of the week is within the price range stated above. All of our rentals include linens and towels. One set per reservation unless otherwise stated. Request for change/cleaning may incur a charge.
