Additional costs to consider: Security deposit 1000 € (plus 200 € utility deposit per week for heating which is metered), final cleaning 150 euro, maid service 3 hours on Saturday when rented for 2 weeks, change of linens and bath towels on Sat include. Baby's bed 100 €, no extra bed and pets allowed. No telephone or Internet at this rental. Pool open May 30 - Sept 15. Late arrivals between 7 and 9 pm possible with 50 € paid locally.

*Reservations are always Saturday to Saturday, except for the lowest season when it is flexible. Rates are current and based on when the majority of the week is within the price range stated above. All of our rentals include linens and towels. One set per reservation unless otherwise stated. Request for change/cleaning may incur a charge.
