Additional costs to consider: Security deposit 1000 € cash. Rates include final cleaning, maid cleaning 3 hours a day two days a week, two changes of bath towels a week, gas, electricity and linens. Beach towels not provided. Additional costs - telephone and heat. Both are metered and payable on the spot. Additional maid service is 12 € per hour. Dinners on request. Crib available. You can rent a beach cabana with umbrella and chairs.

*Reservations are generally Saturday to Saturday, except for the lowest season when it is flexible. Rates are current and based on when the majority of the week is within the price range stated above. All of our rentals include linens and towels. One set per reservation unless otherwise stated. Request for change/cleaning may incur a charge.
