Low Season (Everything else.): 800€ / WEEK
Mid Season (April, May, September, October): 1200€ / WEEK
High Season (June, July and August): 1500€ / WEEK

Additional costs to consider: Included in the price is the linens and final cleaning. Security deposit is 250€. In cooler months central heating 50€. Electricity according to use (mind the AC).

*Reservations are always Saturday to Saturday, except for the lowest season when it is flexible. Rates are current and based on when the majority of the week is within the price range stated above. All of our rentals include linens and towels. One set per reservation unless otherwise stated. Request for change/cleaning may incur a charge.
