Additional costs to consider: Security deposit 1000 € (plus 500 € utility/food/service fee deposit), final cleaning included, maid service included 8 hours per day Saturday - Saturday (with Wednesday off) linens and towels changed on Saturday. Gas (heat) additional and may require 300 €. Wifi and AC included. Telephone available. Welcome dinner included. House stocked with basics for two days. Extra change of linens and towels 20 € per person. Baby's bed 100, extra bed 400, pets 60 per week. Late arrivals between 7 and 9 pm possible with 50 € paid locally. Prices are for 10 PEOPLE MAXIMUM.

*Reservations are always Saturday to Saturday, except for the lowest season when it is flexible. Rates are current and based on when the majority of the week is within the price range stated above. All of our rentals include linens and towels. One set per reservation unless otherwise stated. Request for change/cleaning may incur a charge.
