Low Season (January 7 - March 31, October 20 - December 13): 1350 € / WEEK (no welcome dinner provided)
Medium Season (March 31 - May 26, September 22 - October 20): 2135 € / WEEK
High Season (May 26 - September 22): 2680 € / WEEK

Additional costs to consider: Security Deposit: 400 € cash heating is 120 €, telephone - metered, partial maid service included - 2 hours a day/3 times a week, extra maid service by advance request - 10 euro/hour. Maid service is 10€/hour above what is provided. Cook available on request and paid on the spot: 60€ per meal plus cost of food and wine. No pets.

Includes: Internet provided. Here we have a welcome dinner prepared for your arrival (typical Ligurian cuisine). Final cleaning, gas and electricity are included. Internet access included but requiring a "memory key" which in euro-speak is a password.

Please Note: there is room to park one car. (not really big) in a garage. This is a good place to arrive by train.
*Reservations are always Saturday to Saturday, except for the lowest season when it is flexible. Rates are current and based on when the majority of the week is within the price range stated above. All of our rentals include linens and towels. One set per reservation unless otherwise stated. Request for change/cleaning may incur a charge.
