Low Season (all other weeks): 3820 € / WEEK
Mid Season (April 7 - 14, April 28 - June 30, September 1 - October 6, December 22 - January 5): 4220 € / WEEK
High Season (June 30 - September 1): 4620 € / WEEK

There is a 30 € booking fee.

Additional costs to consider: Security deposit 1000 € (plus 600 € utility deposit per week), final cleaning included, 3 hours maid service Tuesday and Thursday and change of linens on Sat included. Heat is metered and additional. Telephone metered. No AC. Pool open May 26 - September 22, and pool towels included. Baby's bed possible, extra bed 100 €, and pets 60 € per week. Late arrivals between 7 and 9 pm possible with 50 € paid locally. Cook, basic house stocking, house cleaning possible.

*Reservations are always Saturday to Saturday, except for the lowest season when it is flexible. Rates are current and based on when the majority of the week is within the price range stated above. All of our rentals include linens and towels. One set per reservation unless otherwise stated. Request for change/cleaning may incur a charge.
