Additional costs to consider: Security deposit 800 € (plus 100 € utility deposit per week), final cleaning included, 2 hours housecleaning mid week, gas (heat) additional at 30 € per day. AC only in the upper bedroom. Baby's bed 100 €, extra bed not available, and pets allowed at 60 €. No Telephone. WIFI available and included. Late arrivals between 7 and 9 pm possible with 50 € paid locally. There is the possibility of an additional person (6 total) at 150 €. Must be 6 years old or older.

*Reservations are always Saturday to Saturday, except for the lowest season when it is flexible. Rates are current and based on when the majority of the week is within the price range stated above. All of our rentals include linens and towels. One set per reservation unless otherwise stated. Request for change/cleaning may incur a charge.
