Additional costs to consider: 500 € deposit. Heat in cooler months is additional, as well as wood for the fireplace. Final cleaning included. Comes with a mid - week towel change. Classic Italian family dinner (4 course) can be arranged for around 35 € per person. It's worth it. Enza and her daughter across the street do it. Really great stuff.

*Reservations are always Saturday to Saturday, except for the lowest season when it is flexible. Rates are current and based on when the majority of the week is within the price range stated above. All of our rentals include linens and towels. One set per reservation unless otherwise stated. Request for change/cleaning may incur a charge.
