Additional costs to consider: Security deposit 500 €, final cleaning included, gas (heat and hot water) and electricity additional at 8 € per day. 100 € for sofa bed use (parties over 2) and a baby bed 100 €. Late arrivals between 8:00 pm and 9:30 pm possible with 50 € paid locally. No more than 2 children over 15. No dogs.
*Reservations are always Saturday to Saturday, except for the lowest season when it is flexible. Rates are current and based on when the majority of the week is within the price range stated above. All of our rentals include linens and towels. One set per reservation unless otherwise stated. Request for change/cleaning may incur a charge.
