Additional costs payable on the spot: Security deposit: 1500USD/Euro for the whole property or 500 per house. Heat and telephone: payable according to meter usage. Chef: additional. Other: Pizza party 20 € pax, Turkish Bath is 120 € per day (10 hours), Pool heating possible and additional. Extra maid at 12 € / hour.

Included in the price: final cleaning, gas, electricity, linens and towels. Maid: provided twice a week and on Saturday,

*Reservations are always Saturday to Saturday, except for the lowest season when it is flexible. Rates are current and based on when the majority of the week is within the price range stated above. All of our rentals include linens and towels. One set per reservation unless otherwise stated. Request for change/cleaning may incur a charge.
