It consists in an open space divided into three levels, linked by stairs. In this way the rooms although not divided by doors can provide a little privacy. On the ground floor there is the living area, the kitchenette, the dining area, a small laundry room, and a bathroom with a shower. Above the living area there is an open loft bedroom with a double-bed, and a small bathroom (with lavabo and WC). There is a second loft (accessed by a different stairs) with an "emergency" bed (ideal for children).
On the basement, there is another double/twin bedroom, a living area, a bathroom with shower, and a small gym area with fitness equipment. The small private garden is located within a larger one where among the others is the owner house.
The apartment is air conditioned.
A laundry room with washing machine. Gym space and equipment. Garden (60 mq) with outdoor furnishing and gatzebo. Included: 2 bikes - air conditioning, heating, linen changed weekly. Internet connection and TV (SAT TV). Please take note that some cats pass in the garden and in the property (although no cat lives in the apartment ).
