One Pot Pasta
A question for you veterans out there - how many times have you arrived at a simple country farmhouse and found you have all the plates and cups and cutlery, but only one pat and one pan to cook with? Sure it happens, and a good Boy Scout needs to be prepared. So here is our suggestions - a tasty one pot pasta.
Ingredients
1 pound of spaghetti
1 pound of spinaci
2 tablespoons of butter or olive oil
1/4 pound of gorgonzola
Preparation
Clean the spinach as you normally would. Do your pasta pre al dente and add the spinach until wilted....about 30 seconds. Drain whole reserving some of the water. Return the pasta/spinach to the pot, add the oil/butter and the cheese. Mix till melted, add pasta water if you need more liquid. Sale. Pepe. Ecco la, the cucina stupendismo.
