Casa Valeria is a charming and private vacation rental on the Eastern shore of Lake Maggiore, about 7 km from Laveno. From here you have views over the lake, a lovely covered patio for those views and nicely private experience. Due to its position it is also very quiet. In fact the house is located below the lake road.
At a walking distance from the house there are a grocery shop, a bar and a restaurant. The villa is charming and private and it is a perfect home for a whole family to settle in and enjoy a memorable vacation on the shore of the Italian lakes. Great place to reconnect and enjoy the best of Slow Travel and Slow Food.
The villa is about 300 sqm and stands on a fenced property of about 1000 sqm.
From the parking 9 low steps lead to the main entrance. From here 9 steps down lead to the spacious and airy living room with pink coloured walls where is a fireplace (not available), 2 sofas and chairs. TV Sat. The dining area has a table for 10 people, and large panoramic windows access the beautiful private and furnished terrace where you can enjoy leisurely sunsets and al fresco dining. A BBQ is available. The kitchen, with a storage room behind, is equipped for large families with dishwasher, oven, large fridge, microwave, coffee filter, toaster, oven. On this floor there is also an half bathroom.

Upper Floor left side (18 steps): One double bedroom (bed of 160x200) and one twin bedroom (each bed 80x200), these 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with double sink, tub and handheld shower. On the same floor there are an other double/twin bedroom (bed 160x200), a children bedroom with 4 bunk beds and one full bathroom with tub and handheld shower. All the bedrooms have beautiful lake view.
Upper Floor right side (the stair of 12 steps is quite narrow): A rather small twin bedroom with lake view and full bathroom with shower, an additional room where a crib can be placed is close to the twin bedroom.
The washing machine is in the mezzanine.
Outside: From the terrace, there is a sloping footpath of about 60 meters (with some small steps, in total about 50), bordered by azaleas bushes to reach the beach and the small quay where a boat can be moored.
The villa is quiet and private although located along the lake road as all the bedrooms, terrace and living room are on the opposite side. An outdoor parking for 2 cars is available inside the property. Please note that no more than 4 children are accepted. We suggest this house for maximum of 2-3 couples and no more than 4 children. The house is built on different levels therefore there are several steps. For this reason is not suitable for people with walking difficulties.

*Reservations are always Saturday to Saturday, except for the lowest season when it is flexible. Rates are current and based on when the majority of the week is within the price range stated above. All of our rentals include linens and towels. One set per reservation unless otherwise stated. Request for change/cleaning may incur a charge.
