Casa Alta, originally a shepherd's house, has been totally restored in 2005. The owner has used the finest local materials - terracotta flooring, chestnut from their own trees and tiles from the nearby factories of Faenza. All modern comforts are built in. It has a large garden with patios, lounge chairs and a panoramic swimming pool overlooking the valley. (10x5 mt, depth 1,20/1,90 mt). With this house there are two different levels, and two different rentals connected by a "communicating" door (as Italians are found of describing) via stair that seperates or joins the apartments and group.

Casa Alta Ground Floor features: Entrance from the large living room with access to the garden, large fireplace, comfortable red sofas and Sat TV. Ceiling fan. DVD and Stereo with CD Player and radio. Overlooking the green hills of Toscana, the dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen. The dining room has a table for 8, access to the garden, gorgeous view over the valley. The brand new kitchen is fully equipped with (American coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, oven, gas range, microwave, fridge and freezer)

2 Bedrooms & Bathrooms: This floor features 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. From the living room a corridor leads to the bedrooms area. One double bedroom with ceiling fan and built-in closets. One twin/double bedroom with access to the patio, ceiling fan and built-in closets. Next to the bedrooms: One pink bathroom with shower & one green bathroom with bathtub (handheld shower).

The Other Bedroom/Bathroom: On the other side of the house there is an extra bedroom with twin/double beds and a Blue bathroom with bathtub. This bedroom has access to the garden but no ceiling fan.

A wooden staircase (15 steps) leads to the first floor where you find a double/twin bedroom with ceiling fans next to its own bathroom with shower.
The facilities include also gas-fired water and central heating, washing machine in the laundry area. BBQ is available. 8 Sun long chairs and garden furniture for 8 are available for the guests.

Note: The pool is set in the lawn adjoining the house and shared with the clients of the upper floor apartment in the case it is rented.

ATTENTION: The kitchen on the ground floor is available only when the two units are rented at the same time by the same group. Otherwise it will not be open. Guests renting both the apartments will be allowed to use ONLY the two kitchens located on the ground floor of the villa. The third kitchen on the first floor will not be available.
