Turkey Tetrazzini Casserole Italian Recipe

This is a classic that every self respecting Italian American family would make after Thanksgiving.

Ingredients Turkey Tetrrazini :

Linguine or spaghetti no. 8 for something a little chewy and thick
2 cups cooked turkey cut or cubed if possible
1 1/2 cups turkey gravy
10 ozs creamed spinach
4 ozs mushroom (stems and pieces drained)
half cup milk
1 tbsp melted butter
quarter cup parmesian cheese and breadcrumbs mixture

Preheat the oven to 350, cook the pasta to al dente and combine with all the ingredients (except the parmesian topping) Bake for 40 minutes, for the last 10 with the parmesian/breadcrumbs mixture on top. That's it!
